There’s a good chance I won’t be writing too much here in November. I’m going to try out NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) and while I don’t expect to succeed, I do want to give it a solid try. So this site may be a little sporadically updated from 11/1 to 11/30.
But before all that, a recommendation:

That’s right, kids. Q from TNG recites Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Raven,” and if you’re a Trekkie and/or Poe fan, I think you’ll really like it. Apparently, Christopher Walken read it too (and Shatner, but, well, that’s Shatner). I liked Christopher Walken’s version okay, but I really think De Lancie nails it here. It has sort of a, I don’t know, old school, Vincent Price thing going for it? It’s like listening to your kindly, old grandfather descend slowly into madness in front of you.
It’s definitely worth a listen, if you’ve got eight or so minutes to spare.
